Can't view banners on any of the forums

Hi,
Can anyone please tell me why I can't view banners on any of the forums anymore? I can see the banners in the banner contest, but not at the a forum when I come to IF from my desktop. Does it require a certain type of pluggin?

The forum looks blend without the banners. I'd love to get them back and would appreciate your help.
