Actually i had to edit this post :123658085 coz i was supposed to reply to Avie's guesses as 'good guesses' as well since she brushed past the answer with her 'Dumbledore ,Aberforth' guesses , later i noticed that i only wrote 'nope' as a reply to her guesses , so i had to edit it & correct it .. i thought you noticed the edit in my post & immediately connected the riddle with the Dumbledores ..

All this goof up happened bcoz i have to compile my replies in one post since i am on post limits..

I remember there was a time when we had to seek permission to post riddles , in fact twila ( an old member of the riddles thread ) & me had a fight over who gets to post the riddle first , it was a rat race ,fun times , now forget the riddles , there is a severe shortage of active members , so plz you do not have to ask the permission to post riddles anymore 😆 , if you have riddle to post , post it asap.. 😆

As for the current riddle , my guesses - Regulus Black ?.. Draco Malfoy ?.. Sirius Black ?.. Barty Crouch Jr ?

Fenrir Greyback is a werewolf who is involved with the Death Eaters. He is known to be the most savage werewolf ever to live and is greatly feared by the wizarding world. Although he worked alongside Lord Voldemort, he was never a Death Eater because he didn't carry a Dark Mark.

Many have fallen before me

Not like one they have ever seen

To fulfil his agenda to create as many werewolves as he can, Greyback has infected scores of people including Remus Lupin, when he was just a boy since Lupin's father had angered Greyback. He is known for targeting young children.

Unlike other werewolves, Greyback thirsts for blood even in his human form.

Promised I was

Although not kept

Greyback leads a Snatcher gang consisting of Dark wizards who are looking for Muggle-borns and Undesirables in exchange for gold. He is alerted when Harry uses Voldemort's name after it has been made Taboo. His gang kidnaps Harry, Ron and Hermione and they are taken to Malfoy Manor. Bellatrix promises him Hermione in return for his services but his promise is unkept and he is hit by a triple Stunning Spell.
