One more show bites the dust! TV show 'Million Dollar Girl', which had Sana Amin Sheikh replace Sharmin Kazi as the protagonist Avani is soon going to end. The show that also stars Mayank Gandhi and Rohit Khandelwal, is said to shut down due to Sana's health issues.
Says a source associated with the project, "Sana has been unwell for quite some time and her character has been shown slipping into a coma. However, since there is no clarity on her track, the channel has decided to pull the plug on it."
When contacted, Sana said, "Yes, the show is wrapping up, but the reason is not known to me yet. Also, it's true that I am unwell and shoot for less hours these days, but I don't know if me being unwell is the reason behind the show's closure."
