The episode was good barring the last 5 minutes or so. Hope to see the story moving at a faster pace from now as Ayaan had finally chosen his professional ethics over his bade papa Pyar..

Ayaan informed Mr, Kapoor that with the custody documents, he now have legal custody of the kids as Ram is in jail, he also mentioned that the custody is valid until Disha reached the age of 18 (assuming Ram remains in jail, I guess). Ok, it seemed like temporary custody, but even if it is a temporary custody, Ayaan as Mr, Kapoor's lawyer should approach civil court to grant the custody to kids, just a document is never enough, but neither Mr. Kapoor nor Ayaan talked about filing the custody petition in court. Most probably court would not grant custody without questioning Mr. Kapoor's and verifying / gauging his suitability as a legal guardian. I don't understand how just a stamp paper is enough for this procedure.. Anyway, leaving aside this bit of questionable legal matter, the fact of the matter is Disha and Aarav are legally bound to live with Mr. Kapoor.

A sensible Disha after a long while, loved the way she patently explained to Aarav that they need to stay in Kapoor's place for the next 6 months. Aarav, being the kid he is, suggested to sneak out (again !!!), thank god for small mercies, Disha's better sense prevailed and she explained Aarav how even if they do, the police will find them and bring them back there. She finally accepted that her grandfather has legal rights.

Mr. Good-natured-goon did pay for letting Ram use his phone, by losing the privilege of cell phone inside the jail, but he is so too humoured about it, giving more importance to the fact that Aarav is safe and sound (which he got to know from warden). This goon friend of Ram is 100s of thousands of times better than GFN Karan, giving sensible advice, telling Ram to accept Ayaan's representation and be with his kids, but Ram still doesn't want to fight as he thinks his kids hate him.

Ayaan is committed to taking Aarav to meet Ram, I am sure Aarav's love & trust will be a breath of fresh air for Ram and he will agree for Ayaan's representation.

Disha confronting Ayaan, I seriously don't want to bash Disha, but the more she talked, the lesser I liked her. First of all, she doesn't have any rights to question Ayaan's deeds & motives, on top of it, she accusing of taking money for doing Mr. Kapoor's dirty work, just too much. And she didn't just stop there, she went to the extent of questioning whether he hired those goons to abduct Aarav so-that he can become their saviour and get more rewards from Mr. Kapoor.. Wah, wah, wah, she is just proving her blood line.

Star of the episode was undoubtably Sooraj. I did expect him to talk in favour of Ram as he is one person who always had doubts about Ram's guilt, and Sooraj didn't let me down today,. He was the much needed voice of reason, he patiently explaining Ayaan that they can never repay in this birth for what Mr. Kapoor done for them, but at the same time truth is more important than loyalty, and if Ayaan thinks Ram is innocent, he should fight for justice. Golden words, said with such warmth and calmness, a very good scene. Ayaan is still not convinced, he wonders how can he go against his bade papa.. This scene made me think where Soorjal feels loyalty and respect for Mr. Kapoor. Ayaan feels love too, that's why the decision is more difficult for Ayaan than Sooraj. Sooraj's parting shot how he thought he is becoming a lawyer's father, but his son is remaining still only as a driver son, invoked thoughts of similar sentiment shared by Ayaan's senior. Ayaan is more torn.

Ayaan with the jail superintendent (I assume he is a superintendent as he looked senior than a warden) discussing and observing Ram. Ram with his new BFF, watering the plants, and reminiscing about Anu's love for jasmine flowers and how she used to demand them from him, and also how he misses her. This scene seals the deal for Ayaan, he didn't need any more nudges, his mind is made-up.

Ayaan meeting his senior and conveys that he is back on the board for Ram Ahuja's case. The senior wants to be sure, he questions about what he would do when his bade papa comes to know about it. Here comes the moment when Ayaan becomes Arjun ;) and claims the he would d whatever Arjun did with Bhishma.. The defining moment of the day,,,

The last scene with kids is not worth mentioning, M & M's kids were just plain bullies, but the sad part is such bullying among the kids is a common occurrence these days.

Precap: Ayaan hanging Ram's pic on the kids room wall with Aarav, informing (with a cool smile) M & M that he doesn't need anyone's permission to do the same, Mr. Kapoor looks on with anger & confusion. No doubt, Ayaan's days at Kapoor premise are numbered. Seems Ayaan again won over with the new frame for Ram's pic because during the episode Aarav & Disha decided to stay away from Ayaan.

Lovely title, Geetha. Even today, I get moved when characters in shows refer to or make comparisons with the great Indian epic characters. Provided the character is justified in such comparison, of course! Indeed, the character who shone yesterday was Sooraj. I never expected that he would agree or urge Ayaan to take up Ram's case...didn't expect that he would tell Ayaan that truth was above everything else. I loved the reference to Krishna and Arjun and the Mahabarath. Also liked Mr Senior Lawyer questioning Ayaan's sincerity...good that he didn't accept Ayaan's change of heart immediately.

Ayaan does love his bade papa but I think he was already inclined towards fighting Ram's case. He just needed a nudge towards that direction after his conviction was shaken when he realised how his bade papa and Ram were related. It was also good to see Ram have a good friend in prison, unlike Karan! Hehe...wonder if Mr Goon will become Ram's Chief security officer if Ram does become rich later on or if Sony doesn't get any bright ideas regarding the show or tracks!!

I think it's understood the custody papers will be filed. I also think that they will touch upon this in Ram's court case. Am going to make a guess here...I think also like you that Aarav will be the person who will help Ram decide to fight the case.

Disha is a jumping jack with anger on the tip of her nose. She was sensible finally in telling Aarav that they cannot leave before 6 months...I was fed up with her lifting her suitcase at the drop of a hat!

I sincerely hope they don't make Disha use harsh words against her Dad...would be very disappointing if they show this. Manika and hubby certainly aren't happy troopers and their kids are big time bullies. I wish they had shown the kids as friends to Aarav and Disha and not stereotype rich spoilt kids.

Disha's outburst to Ayaan was just a on the spur of the moment thing...am sure there will be many more instances where Ayaan will be at the receiving end of Ms Disha Ahuja's sharp tongue...he better be prepared! I sincerely hope the cvs start making Disha a bit more mature and calmer in her thinking...if she's the person who's supposed to inspire and fight along with her Dad to make him come up in life. With such anger and impulsiveness (gene passed on to her by her parents)...she will not be able to inspire herself, let alone anyone else.

Hopefully they quickly go on to the court case and we get to see more of Ram too.
