This is great if she can get this started even at a smaller level..

And no male actor under 40 except for RK has any star power at all! They r exactly equal to the actresses where star power is concerned and should indeed be paid equally!

Its very unfair that an established 8-10 movies old female stars r paid the same amount as a 2-3 film old hero.. And that is the level of disparity that needs to be removed!..
