Anandi lost many things in her journey.

She lost out on education in time when she needed it the most.

She lost her husband.

She lost her daughter.

She lost her Amol.

She is left only with her son.

Yet she carries on with a smile. Ready to help unfortunate people. Find meaning in life.

Those who can think of others, can never be lonely.

Dadisa also lost many things. She lost her dearest son Basant. Her other son has gone far away with his wife. She is ready to help others.

The lesson is losing one's dearest need not become the end of our own life.

When they call Anandi a strong woman they probably mean this. Carrying on with a smile while bearing the pain of all the losses she has suffered over the years deep within.
Not letting others affected by the sadness that surrounds her. Today Shivam is a cheerful child because she made sure her pain and her personal grief did not touch him.
She was like this when Shiv met her for the first time. She was outwardly a successful young woman always finding ways to make other peoples' lives better only when he got to know her that she hid the pain over loss of childhood unhealed wounds caused by rejection loss of her youth everything deep inside. That's the reason he always used to say that she is a strong woman.

Both Dsa and Anandi are so much like each other. How Dadisa must have felt when she had to let go of her grandson and do the right thing by Anandi. Not once did we see her crying over her grandson. How much it must have pained her?Yet she didn't let that overwhelm her.
How much it must have hurt her to get them divorced ?
How wholeheartedly she went about arranging the marriage between Anandi and Shiv?

Two unforgettable women 👏

Wow, an Anandi Appreciation thread...😳

When one loses things, people and relationships closest to the heart, there are normally two ways out:

A. You blame everyone else for your loss, go into the "why me" mode, fall into a depression and waste your life

Or

B. You grieve for a while, realise that what is gone is gone and can never come back, remember the good times, pick up the pieces of your life and surge ahead making the most of what is left.

And you make life beautiful for those around you.

This is what Anandi has done. She grieves every second of every day, but in private, while improving the lives of others less fortunate.

Smile and the world smiles with you, cry and you cry alone.

So true

She lost everything when she deserved to get that thing, still she always put up a brave front and a lovely smile on her face and in every possible way tried to help others to make their life good

Otherwise we could have never seen puja and sarita smiling today

Yes there are two ways, one is what anandi is doing, and the other one is cry over everything and making life miserable

I fully agree. I once criticized anandi's character like no one else did (and also got attacked for it many times 😆). That was when she was shown brooding over jagya.

But the way the CVs have carved out her character and how they got her evolved into a strong personality from all the pain she went through in life, I must say hats off to CVs.👏

Now, anandi is my favorite character.

This topic is about Anandi i don't want to comment on it and its a request people stop misleading facts Dadisaa never for once cried for her grandson She cried several times A pain was always in her heart and she loved and cared for him still and always was teary eyed and in pain when he was around or talking to him on phone so misleading people by putting wrong serial facts needs to be stopped To get JaAn divorced was hurtful to her and she was crying for it even after AnSh marriage Saying to Ganga if JaAn would have children they would not have ever separated

so true I dont want this topic to turn it into Anandi vs Jagya but it is hilarious how serial facts are changed Did we once see Dadisaa crying for her grandson? ... There are several scenes Why she won't cry ? She is his grandmother and from childhood till date she loves him more than anyone She does not have a heart of a mother only but grandmother 2 mothers that beat for him I think what was shown she let him go over that locket thing that hurt her before that she wanted to break Jagya Gauri and get hold on him but that locket thing hurt her and she let him go asked him to go but never let go from her heart She cried several times alone , In fact she used to keep his pic below her pillow and at night there are such scenes shown where she cries holding it , she would cry on phone too to him if she talked to him tears would never stop coming from her eyes , emotionally hugged him when he came for BM on her request , There are several emotional scenes between them , she cried even when he came back and Bhairon threw him out she was teary eyed in that She saw glimpse of him returned during AnSh engagement she ran after , when he was hospitilized she cried , she did not sleep whole night in worry for him when Bhairon was not letting him in , she would secretly go to meet him in farms , she was requesting Bhairon to forgive him , during AnSh marriage too she was crying for him holding the gift he gave to her and fainted in his worry and it was she who saw her ladesar returned to her and showed Bhairon and Sumi mirror too
Getting JaAn divorced was hurtful for her because she lost hope her grandson will ever return back to them, she waited for too long but it was when Madan Singh taunted her then she went ahead with divorce she lost hope for his return to Anandi but she was crying for it even after AnSh marriage to Ganga when Ganga was not his wife Its initial days story she was emotional and saying If they had children they would not have separated

but saying she never once cried for her grandson is too much ... He is her grandson after all This fact even Anandi herself accepted neither DS loves anyone more than him neither he does Their bond is like no other Anandi DS have their own bond but that cannot be equated with Jagya DS so please stop twisting serial facts DS does not become weak if she cried for her grandson and the fact she did because she loves him and every grandmother will cry and she too did

DS never cried for grandson😳i seriously think i watch different version of BV as i have seen her several times crying for him She would keep his picture below her pillow and at night would talk to him and cry too alone
She let him go after that locket thing not before that

She would be emotional talking to him . seeing him every time

She waited for too long for him to return to Anandi but when other started taunting her then she came with divorce idea and get Anandi married because she lost hope he will ever return to them

But when he did she started dreaming on her own how to get JaAn back together as that was after AnSh engagement when Bhairon guessed her thinking and asked her don't you think like this now

In emotions to see her beloved rishta JaAn together she was very happy when Shiv refursed but later stopped thinking so after Anandis words but she never stopped crying over it pretty clearly remember a scene with Ganga where she was crying same

so i don't know in which version of BV DS never cried for her grandson ?
