I'm so glad that you put into words your struggles of clinical depression so that others may find hope and help for their inner demons that they do not know how to deal with. 👏👏👏
Depression has to be diagnosed and treated, and I'm sure many aren't given this opportunity of proper medical care. People & society stay away from this topic and keep away from people that show these symptoms. Parents don't want to acknowledge any child with depression nor would they want to society to find out. For the person with depression, it is a stigma that is felt for life. 😭😭
Agree with you here, I remember once , i mentioned how I feel to you a close friend of mine and she mentioned the same to her father , later her father asked her to stay away from me, it is just one of example but i must say i found great friends too for whom it never mattered what I have but infact some of them went a mile ahead even to help me when I was having worst of my episodes...I still remember how much they all saved me 😊
I'm sure the support you got from your husband has broken your stigma and given your hope & love back in your life!! 😃🤗
You can call me very lucky here ( touchwood) , He is very kind and understanding and exactly know how to make feel better...😊
