its me again,well i was thinking about this whole topic of prithvi having 6 wives bfore sanyo and this came across in my mind

from the way sanyo is being potrayed as a person do u ppl think she wld have agreed to marry prithvi even after she knew he was prithvi and he had 6 wives already,what i mean to say is after she knew he was prithvi it is obivious that she wld know he already has wives😉

think abt it ppl ,wld u do that too if u were in sanyo's position😊

well as far as i am concerned i wldnt have married my husband even if he had told me he had 6 girl friends😆😆

Dear, things today in modern times is different and we have all the freedoms in the world...right now we would kill our husbands if they even thought of anyone else...however in those days when PRC occured, it was a practice to keep multipe wives and it was a customary tradition...so it was not looked down upon...

this is why sanyo married PRC...b/c it was completely normal in those times

well some people say he had 7 wife and some say one. if he had seven then by now he would atleast have one wife.
sagars aren't showing anything like that so i think sanyo was the only one.

nice thought. 😊 The way they are showing sanyo acting, it doesn't look like sanyo would marry prithvi if he had seven wife.

dont know as per all the grandmothers that is mine my cousins and my frnds 😆, especially my frnd who is a rajput her grandmother is our library of info for prc times 😆 , they all say prithvi just had one wife

but as per the raso and various versions on the net he had seven wifes so i am still confused 😕

U did bring really nice topics. I hope what ur grandfather said is true, that Sanyo was the only wife of Prithvi.

Anyways..... for this topic...... As @M Shah said it was normal in those days to have more than one wife...... specially for kings to expand their kingdom. In the serial they haven't shown, but I am sure even Jaichand and Someshwar had more than one wives (histroy experts here, please confirm this). So for Sanyo it was not a strange or shocking thing that Pri has 6 wives before. In fact she was happy that she married the one whom she loved and not some other king. The only thing that must satified her is that, Prithvi is ready to accept her even though she is his enemy's daughter. For girls they had only one hubby those days but not the same for guys.

well.........that really set off this thought in my mind 😊

i just want to think prc had just one wife not only bcoz he is my hero but i seem to have fallen in love with prithvi and sanyo's love story 😆 😆

i agree with u that prithvi had only one wife...
reason is his life span he dead at the age of 24 ...
and he killed bhimdev at the age of 13 ... his lifes i think 6 to 7 years he is in gurulul ... after that he is koteswar yatra...

when he got time to marry 6 women ... if its really true then somewhere we read abt this but we never read anywhere if u know some links please post here.

Lolz awesome part according to Raso is that PRC's marriage wid Indravati was a love marriage too n i guess he eloped wid her too. N the best of all is they used to send their love msgs thru pigeons. Imagine our RT had to send msgs to Indravati🤣

thats so true i too wanted to bring this topic
when prc ascended delhi throne he was merely 13-14 yrs and when he eloped with sanyo he was 17 and he died when he was 24

well if he really did have 6 wives bfore he was 17 yrs then he is some man really and such a thing wld definitely not be hidden from the history books 😃

anyways guys whether or not prc had 6 wives i will always want to blive he had only one 😛 and that was our sanyo rani
