Quite possible. But that document is more suitable to be used against the Ulemas and Shah-i-Iran.

Yes, she was. She got married in the House of Hamida Begum.
Her mother in law was the widow of Kamran, Humayun's brother.

But, Aziz Koka was not on good terms with Akbar during this time, of late 1570's.
He was also against some administrative reforms of Akbar. :-P
