Is Salman Khan facing health issues? Fans speculate after recent public appearance

Salman Khan's recent public appearance in Mumbai has triggered concern among fans after videos from the event surfaced on social media. While the actor attended an official programme organised by the Slum Rehabilitation Authority, many online discussions focused on his noticeably lean appearance rather than the event itself.

On Friday, Salman visited the Slum Rehabilitation Authority office to inaugurate the authority's Data Collection and Verification Support Centre, also known as the IT Server Room. During the programme, he also handed over house keys to beneficiaries as part of the initiative.

Soon after videos from the event were shared online, several social media users expressed concern about the actor's health. Many commented on his physical appearance and wondered if he was keeping well. However, Salman Khan has not made any public statement regarding his health.

One user wrote, "He Looks Sick…God Bless you," while another commented, "He is looking sick some health issue I guess." Another fan asked, "What happened to my king."

Other comments echoed similar concerns. One read, "What happened to Salman Khan?? At first I thought it's not him but saw shera too there. He is ageing like Dharmendra," while another wrote, "That's Salman Khan? Is he unwell? Omg."

Another fan commented, "Can't believe He's Salman Khan," while someone else asked, "Is everything ok with Salman Khan and his health ..?" A longer comment read, "Seeing this actually hurts man. You can literally see how exhausted and unwell he looks in his eyes. In a movie bhai can take on 50 people alone but right now look at the salman, the aura is completely gone and his health is clearly catching up to him. What happened to salman khan? Is he facing any illness?"

On the work front, Salman will next be seen in Maatrubhumi, directed by Apoorva Lakhia and produced by Salman Khan Films. The project was earlier titled Battle of Galwan before undergoing changes to its title and storyline.

Recently, Salman Khan Films dismissed reports claiming the film had run into issues with the CBFC. The production house described such speculation as "false" and "entirely baseless," clarifying that the film has not yet been submitted for certification. Salman is also expected to headline director Vamshi Paidipally's upcoming film with Nayanthara, which is currently targeting an Eid 2027 release.
