With Rajeev back on TV I was inspired write a fan fiction on his favourite character - Rajveer Singh Shekhawat. If I get a good response I'll write the next part of this fan fiction.

Naina

It's been 5 years since the fateful day that Rajveer's jeep burst into flames. In this time Naina Singh Ahluwalia has managed to clear the names of the two men she loved most in the world - her Naveen bhaiya and her Rajveer Sir.

Rajveer Singh Shekhawat: Her mentor, guide, support and yes her love. The man she had hoped would one day become her husband and the father of her children.

Cadet Naina Ah Singh was now a Captain in the army: a woman on a mission, one of the most promising young officers of the Indian Army. But where her professional life had blossomed, her personal life was caught in a time warp. As the fire had engulfed Rajveer's jeep, it had also engulfed a part of her. The only person she had remained close to were her parents, her gang of fellow cadets, Shalini ma'am and Abhimanya Chauhan (now Major Chauhan)

To the world Rajveer Singh Shekhawat was dead - a martyr who had given the ultimate sacrifice for his country. But in reality Rajveer had been caught by a rogue group in the army - the group that had tried to smuggle the triggers out of KMA. For five years he had endured endless torture but had never broken. He knew that one day his Naina would reach him. He continued to believe in Cadet Naina Ah Singh.

Introduction

The time has come for Naina and Rajveer to meet again. But the question is what will happen when they reunite? Can a broken man and a broken woman build a complete life? Will Rajvver and Naina get their happily ever after?

Thanks Nida! I am waiting to see if there's enough interest in reading a FF on Rajveer Naina. It's been so many years since Left Right Left ended :)

But I hope there are more Rajveer Naina fans like you and me.

Wow that was Amazing start.After a long long time I'm reading something on Naina-Rajveer.My all time favorite Jodi. You should continue this story. I'm already in love with this story. Bcoz Its a story on my most favorite on screen couple. So count me in.

Plz do write about rn...not many fanfic a are written on them...I am still fan of that pairing...I wish in this Sony show reporters the maker would have taken priyanka rather than Kritika...

Always looking forward to read fics on RN...specially the ones with the continuation of the story where the LRL makers left it in between, the unfinished story of RN...

Please do continue in fact I would like to ask others also who are willing to write n the ones who are still left with there unfinished story to plz continue and finish them...

Part 1

Naina's house

Naina's father (NF): Abhimanyu kaise ho tum?

Abhimanyu: Uncle hum bilkul theek hai. Suna ki Naina lefinally lekar ghar aaye hai. Unhi se milne aaye hai

Naina's mother (NM): Bahar garden mein hai woh. Tum se milkar khush hogi

Abhimanyu went to the garden. Naina was staring out into the distance.

Abhimanyu (thinks): Rajveer humare dost, pichle 5 saalon mein humne aapka honor to lauta diya par aapki Naina ki hasi nahi lauta paye.

Abhimanyu: Penny for your thoughts my dear.

Naina: Abhimanyu aap!! I am afraid my thoughts aren't worth any pennies. I am so glad to see you! Aap kaise hai. Aur KMA mein baaki sab.

Abhimanyu proceeded to regale Naina with the stories from KMA: the new cadets, Lolita ma'am and Suriji's ongoing love story etc.

Naina's parents were thrilled to see Naina laughing. Such moments had become rare after Naveen's death. But after Rajveer's death they had all but vanished.

NM: Aaj humein Abhimanyu se baat kar leni chahiye.

NF: Sahi keh rahi hai aap.

After dinner Naina had to leave urgently for some work. But her parents asked Abhimanyu to stay back.

NF: Abhimanyu hum aapse kuch baat karna chahte hai. Nothing's hidden from you. Rajveer ke death ke baad se Naina ek zinda laash ki tarah hai.

NM: Tum un kam logon mein se ho jo aaj bhi purani naina ko bahar le aata hai.

NF: Abhimanyua, woh hum.. pata nahi kaha se..

A: Uncle please khul kar boliye. Hum aapke bete jaise hai.

NF: Abhimanyua hum chahte hai ki aap aur Naina shaadi kar le!

NM: Hum samajh sakhte hai ki aapko sochne ka time chahiye.

A: Nahi aunty. It would be my honor and privilege to marry Naina. Hum kal hi unse is baare mein baat karenge

Naina's parents were delighted. But they knew the bigger obstacle was going to be convincing Naina.

Next day

Abhimanyu coaxed Naina into going out for dinner. Towards the end of their meal

Naina: Abhimanyu ab bol bhi dijiye.

A: Kya? Woh hum..

N: Abhi hum jaante hai ki Ma Baba ne aapse kal baat ki thi. Aur main yakeen ke saath keh sakti hoon ki unhone humaari shaadi ki baat ki hogi.

Abhimanyu turned scarlet.

N: Aur aapne pressure mein aakar haan kar diya hoga. Abhi contrary to what my parents think, i don't need a Knight in shining armour. Marriages have to be based on love, respect and trust. Not on sympathy. And..

Abhimanyu held her hand and cut her short.

A: I know that Naina. And that's why I want to marry you.

N: What?

A: Naina, I love you. Hum aapse pyar karte hai Naina Singh Ahluwalia aur aapse shaadi karna chahte hai.

Naina was left speechless.

She got up and walked out quickly and Abhi ran after her.

A: Naina, Ruk jaaye!

He held her hand.

A: You have to listen to me.

N: Fine. Tell me what you want to say. How you took advantage of my trust. You disgust me Abhimanyu Chauhan. Have you forgotten who I am? I am your best friend rajveer Singh Shekhawat's love and ..

A: He is dead. You hear me Naina??!!! He is dead. He is never coming back. And it's about time you recognize that and move on. And I am asking you to move on with me. As my wife.

In a dark cellar room. A faint ray of light from a crack showed the outline of a man sleeping a disturbed sleep. Suddenly the man got up and yelled

NAHIII!

Rajveer got up from his sleep. He was sweating all over.

Rajveer (thinks): In the past 5 years, I have never felt so scared of losing Naina. What has changed today?
