Links to the chapters within fit in my index post? Or YOURS?
Either way is fine

I am somehow unable to copy paste the hyper links intact, they lose their "connectivity" when I paste for some reason, if you can post the Topic index on my first page, and then go into each topic and on the last page, post the chapter index or something at least we can have it organized "differently". With me being unable to do a sensible job I will take whatever help I can get
