OMG.. I am already in a shock..someone plz pinch me..is this true...??? and i missed 2 days epi of all... i will have to wait for the repeat telecast...why they did not show this earlier. but better late than never..now they want to go any limits to gain TRPS... but good for us... enjoy Akdha scenes ...

A lovely update for a beautiful and power-packed episode! I can see you enjoyed the episode today and had great fun writing the update ;p

The Infallibility Decree

It came and it went just like that! I was so surprised when Sheikh Mubarak suddenly started reading the document which was almost the same as the original. We who know about this document understood its significance but i am sure the masses would have missed the significance of the document and considered it just part of the NR and not something HISTORICAL! No promo, no highlighting, nothing!?

The PH is crazy - first they show something so important and then they bury it under other stuff. 😕

The AkDha Magic

Ever since people started protesting the SA love story, the CVs are ensuring to include at least one magical AkDha scene to keep the audience hooked and quiet. 😆

This works just well for AkDha fans who can never have enough of their favorite couple.

The only thing is I wish the CVs found new ways to show AkDha romance instead of recycling their old scenes.

Like the lovely Roothna Manana scene showed Jodha thinking that Jalal had caught hold of her dupatta. This was so similar to the scene when Rahim had caught hold of Jodha's dupatta and Jodha had thought it was Jalal.

These days, this roothna manana is being done regularly with either of JJ claiming in mock anger that they will not speak to the other. While it could get repetitive with any other pair, this magical duo ensures that this routine looks fresh every time. 😳

They just feel so comfortable with each other. They look like a really married couple and it's hard to imagine that they are acting. 😊 There is so much love and joy in the air when the two are together. Some of us wonder how JJ can romance each other when there are such grave issues the empire and the family is facing.

But it is amazing that the pressure of being the rulers in such trying times is forgotten when they are with each other. At that moment, the entire universe ceases to exist and it's just the two of them. They make the following lyrics of an old song ring true:

Dekh ke teri surat

gum ho jati hain

ek hi pal mein

jeevan ki har thakan...

May be they are able to withstand the tremendous pressure on them only by forgetting about it for a while and rejuvenating themselves with light-hearted romance, flirtation and fun-filled banter. For those magical moments, they forget the pain that they carry in their hearts and allow each other to apply the healing touch to their bruised souls.

Yes, they do not look like parents of children who are all set to get married themselves. Because at that moment in time, they become a couple still in the first throes of its passion and romance. And why shouldn't they? :) They have as much right to love each other and celebrate their togetherness as any younger couple.

The hamam scene today was in some ways much better than the dream sequence of Jalal just before the Dhakka night. That had been mostly about passion. Today, the passion was tempered by a joyous romance that both seemed to be enjoying.

You may remember that once earlier, Jalal had dried Jodha's hair near the hamam yet the scene today looked fresh. May be because now there are no unstated misgivings between them and they are totally at ease in each other's company.

They add so many shades to the scene - it's incredible. If Jalal added sensuality by draping the dupatta over Jodha's head (the way he had draped it once on a boat ride) - and the dupatta itself seemed to have imbibed his naughtiness by refusing to stay in place ;p - Jodha added innocent playfulness by splashing him with water as she ran away (as she had once splashed him earlier while playing with Rahim in a pond).

If we are going to have replays of earlier scenes in new avatars, I would like to see AkDha in the Angoori Bagh, talking thru the night, or on a boat ride on a moonlit night. Hoping the CVs oblige. 😳

Like someone here said, the screen sizzles and lights up with their mere presence, even if the scene is innocent and playful.

The Poisoned Shawl

I was surprised to see Ruq talking to Jodha and Salima in Jodha's hojra today. This lady keeps changing her behavior, making it difficult to keep track of her. And when she can have anything she wants, why does she always want what the other person has. Esp Jodha. Whether Jalal, Salim or a shawl, Ruq is eager to have her hands on them!

It is my desire too, to see her drape the shawl around herself and then writhe in agony. The CVs have a good thing on their hands to punish her for her deeds. What an opportunity lost!?

Salima will probably save her in time. A bandi was shown to walk towards it and may be that bandi will touch the shawl and then die.

Hamida Banu has probably gone to tell Jalal about the shawl. Or her views on the Iran issue??

Anyway I wish to applaud the CVs for their ingenious ideas - poisonous shawl indeed!! I would be afraid to receive such a gift in future. ;p

Hamida Banu and the Iranians

Hamida who was initially all for Jalal standing up to the Shah-i-Iran and for supporting Jodha's right to her faith is suddenly worried that the ties between the 2 empires are growing worse, that the Iranians did their family a lot of favors and that Jalal is refuting their authority???

Have the CVs lost it? Hamida Banu has been involved in the Iran issue right from the beginning. She was the one who didn't want to even tell Jodha anything lest she be hurt. Who wanted the navratnas to come up with a solution so that they don't have to agree to the Shah i Iran's demands.

When Sheikh Mubarak listed the favors done by the Iranians on the Mughals and Jalal shut him up, she was still supporting Jalal.

When Salim thundered in the DEK that the Shahenshah should refuse to bend before an outsider, she was positively beaming.

So why is she NOW worried about the ties between the Mughals and the Safavids? Even if it is an act, it is a dumb act because everyone has already seen that she completely supports JJ.

Btw where are all the princesses? Today suddenly there was mention of Shahzadi Khannum and then I remembered that apart from the 3 sullen sons, Akbar also had beautiful daughters of whom we only ever see Aram Bano.

Where is JiJi Anga? Is she dead already?

When did Hamida decide that she wanted Khannum to marry into the Shah-i-Iran's family?

Does she really think Jalal will agree to the conversion?

And the sa'fir -- do they fly in and out of Agra? How are they able to traverse the distance between Iran and India so fast??

The Shah-i-Iran

The court should have been shown to be a richly laid out one, in keeping with Persian customs. Who is this Shah - his name I mean? If he's Khudabanda then he should be partially blind. And where is his lovely wife who ruled in his name.

the Shah-i-Iran was religiously powerful but the Mughals were wealthier. Just as Akbar never wanted open war with them, they also never sought open war with Akbar. But here both sides keep declaring elaan-i-jung if the other side doesn't listen to them. :((

Sharifuddin's Father

He is fast becoming a laughable character. He is mixing his personal vendetta with his desire to protect the Shah-i-Iran from war with Akbar. In his opinion, the root cause of all the troubles in the world is Jodha and that a simple way to get rid of all the problems all at once is to get rid of her.

I have never seen a greater fool. How does he think that Jalal will forget all the present issues if Jodha died - he would become a wounded tiger and be even more determined to crush the power of the Shah-i-Iran.

Summing up, a lot is happening on many fronts. It is not possible to miss even a few seconds of the show. 😊 While the proceedings are engaging now, I hope the wrap up of the track is also done admirably.

DEK scene was good all were preparing for war against Iran

liked Akdha talk their rootna manana and duptta scene😳

Hamam Scene was sooo beautiful loved itAkdha were on Fire today☺️what a sizzling chemistry😳they looks like newly married couple😛Jalal was in full mood not leaving Jodha😉

i dont want to see that jalal will care of ruk as ruk will be hurt coz of poison

I have never thought , we will get an hamam scene of JODHA after this leap 😲 , And It was so very much unexpected that my jaw dropped with this scene THeir Sizzling chemistry was again so awesome and reminded me of those good old initial JA Episodes 😳 (P.S : Though i had this thought arising in me with the first scene of JA ki , these two completely forgot about the brewing tension btw salim n Murad and said there was nothing to talk btw them )

3) And Shariff's father expressions was damn funny to me tdy 😆 lol 🤣

4)And for once , Jo's EHASAAN on Ruqs got me all smiles n i love jo for that 😆 Though nothing will happen to her , as SB noticed the Ghadbadd I atleast wanted her to have some RASHES from the poison shawl so that we will able to get LEAVE from Ruqs Smirks for sometime or we get all frustrated Ruqu like MAnickpur track 😉😆

5) From Precap , It's to be seen how HB Plays her role in this issue 😊 But i liked her involvement in the political affairs , after long time !!! And just now saw the article of Some vishkanya Again in Agra 😕 Hope this plays out different , as agra already have ample of villains in its kity 😆

You have said everything about the episode so am not going to say much.

Will Ruks atleast after this shawl incident learn that running behind audha and being jealous and snatching what she wants can give only emptiness and not peace and happiness. Well IN JA , may be we can only dream.

It was a power packed episode. Loved all the JJ scenes today. Your title, I knew what u meant. Both JJ scenes were just superb, such an adorable Pair. I wonder why CVS were in a hurry for Leap. I loved the first JJ scene more, I found it very cute and adorable. Its not that I loved the hamam scene, it was equally good.

As u said the Dress designer must be coming with a purpose to hurt Jodha. Hope one of Jalal sons dont fall for this designer. It cant be salim as he is fida over Anar.

It was one of the most beautiful episodes of Shah-e-Iran track😊.

Jalal's involvement in political issues, issuance of that long awaited document and icing on the cake -

Rajat & Paridhi's mind-blowing scenes together.

Their cute banter in Jalal's room and the long awaited BT scene .

Hamaam scene was just WOWWWEEE!!!!😳 😳. Rajat & Paridhi set the screen on fire with their sizzling chemistry through just eye locks, and cute gestures like when Rajat puts dupatta over Paridhi's head. I just could not take my eyes off them .

These 2 can create a sensual atmosphere without even touching each other.

What chemistry ufff😳 😳 😳😳 😳.

Abhay , I just caught up with watching today's episode. A very interesting one, that had the story moving forward in the political aspect.

For once, I did not skip any scene, not even the one with Rukaiyya in it.

I liked Akbar's decisive step towards putting the Royal Stamp on the document written up by Sheikh Mubarak. That particular scene with Akbar firmly reiterating his stance that he will not tolerate external forces dictating rules to him about governance within Hindustan, was an awesome one.

The romantic interludes between Jodha and Akbar is always a treat for viewers. I wish all these one-on-one moments between them were incorporated into the storyline, prior to the leap. Both Rajat and Paridhi outdid themselves today with the portrayal of spousal wooing, teasing, faking anger and eventually calling for a truce.

I am sure the PH must be repenting their decision of making the disastrous leap, having realized that only the pairing of RT/PS works like magic and to even consider bringing in another pair to provide the romance quotient was a colossal mistake. These two light up the screen with their presence.

Of course Rukaiyya wants the shawl that was gifted to Jodha. I have no issues with her draping it at all. She who poisons an unsuspecting prince with afeem and his mind against his parents can have that gift for herself. However ... I know that this will never happen. Sorry, I have no sympathy for a mother-like figure who can only think of constantly hurting her son and causing him unhappiness.

With the progress of the story, both the new promo of HB asking Jodha to convert and the new article about another 'Vish Kanya' entering the harem, indicate that Jodha will undergo a tension filled phase yet again, but Jalal's conviction and courage in his beliefs of religious tolerance, will see her through this rough patch too.

I was shocked because, the moment i switched on the TV, we had the document issued by Sheikh Mubarak being read. It was unexpected for me. I wanted it to be shown a bit more prominently.

Hamam scene was good. I knew many would like it.
I can sense you are quite disappointed Ruqs would be saved. :-P
