raghav gave her the job cuz he didnt want her to wrk as waitress well he said koi kaam chota bara nae hota but his expression that tym was enough raghav gave kalpi the job cuz he wanted to he had a soft corner for herr not bcuz of kamal

But somewhere, I felt it was cuz of Kamla...
o.w. Raghav too had umeed of Kalpi finding work on her own and doing her way out...

Soft corner was there... but... it was never to show it to her... He did care for her.. and it was visible in several instances... but I doubt, he would have had any issues with her working anywhere... again, my observations...
and kalpi.. too accepted for Kamla...
