Self-Respect/Mom-Respect- Or Need of time?

I think, we could have studied things wayy before Pakhi being chosen, but anyways, I have given my two cents and opinion there, it would also be fin to read opinion of other members, and comment on it... so it is discussion...

Kya karu.. Past isn't leaving me... So going back in time...

We will reach the time, where Kalpana is working as waitress in hotel... (BIG ONE.. not small dhaba..) which seems professional.. She is assumed to failed, assumed to have bribed... and hence not even a graduate.. yet, with something of her own, she has accepted the job...

On the other hand we see, Kamla going to Raghav and gossiping about it ... I meant informing about it ... and BEGS for the job for Kalpi from him, or to guide her to become successful like him. Seeing the tears of Kamla, he has agreed to it... after striking back, that there is no work big or small,... he had given appointment letter to Kalpana...

In the show, she had accepted the job, and thanked Kamla for this... somewhere... maybe..

But think of background and everything.. do YOU think KALPI should have accepted the JOB?
If Yes, Why?
If No, Why? and what could have been alternative...

if we see self respect wise she shouldn't have accepted that job as he insulted her saying she is failed (I knw he nt insulted it had some other intebsion)

but raghav givenjob nt becz kamla asked but becz he dnt wanted her to work there (I feel)

she accepted it as she wanted some chance to prove herself.

He had given kalpi Job cuz of Kamla only, had he not, then he wouldn't added his words to kamla saying...

"Kamla maa, aap hi toh kehte the, koi kaam bada ya chota nai hota.."
and..

Somewhere Kamla reminded him of her ehsaan on him too...😕😕😕

So.. he had given her Job because of that..!!!
