Chalo abhi lets not ask all those faltu kostins

Why was no doctor called to attend to punnu?

Why did Tiwari have no other officials with him at the site of the massacre?

Why were there no ambulances, police cars, media, concerned watchers ?

Aur ab yeh bhi mat poochna ke

Punnu ko aisa filmy kitschi death scene Kyon diya

i guess all these kostins are suffering from Lindchi syndrome !

Once prof Rao is back from his research he will give us the answers

Meanwhile the nagas poison has turned even more potent - making shiva bluer and whiter than ever - Dansh bhaiyya, aisa lagta hai detergent ki baat karat ho, zeher ki nahi!

Aur kya - Dadi's doggedly collecting and keeping her family together, inspite of her pain and grief, was again the only one who seemed to have kept her presence of mind!

Rudra covering the bodies of his ma, Dadi and Sahdev was nice, I wish he had done so for all the panthis lying dead, ignored completely- they too were his people - a little more attention to details - please Nathani ji!!!

I guess Rudra ka Salman act was his way of coming out of the closet and announcing his Rakshak status!

Just as Shiva discarded his cap, Rudra discarded his shirt!

Great post Arshi. Sawal poochna nahin chahti thi, par ek kostin to your list.

In the next week precap they show Tiwari looking at the CCTV footage and sees the shav vaahan. Ab tak kyon nahin dikha yeh sab massacre?

Daadi was great today. Felt very bad for her.

Charles had very good expressions when he was removing the sheet to check the dead body and then sees its Daadi.

Punnu's death kaafi filmy tha, par woh bachpan se aisa hi tha na, Ekdum filmy.

Couldn't stop laughing at this line of yours.

What happened to the CCTVs from whom Charles finds Maya kms away?! What were these guys watching on CCTVs??? 😕

I hated that they showed Nagas butchering anybody randomly - this was just a terrorist attack random firing on innocents. 😡🤢🤢

Why couldn't Charles & Kat take Punnu to hospital?

Why Dadi was shown dragging Ganga in her injured state!!!

That main Naga character is SO FILMY, he seems to be posing more!

So convenient to keep Maya alive but kill off Dadi Ganga Punnu & Sehdev 😡😡

i agree on certain things. punnu cud b easily taken to doctor.
no point of so much violence as though only a terrorist attack.

the nagas and their destructive capabilities r yet to b seen.

buthaving sai that...gautam,paritosh and surekha ji were amazing today. even though u can always find flaws,mahakumbh is one show which can still keep u glued to it for the xceptional performances.so this is basically what always works for me.(xcept maya)

and of course...precap looks MAHA eventful...looking forward

Ek aur kostin.

When 'shav vahan'(cheeky name---not well thought of) was leaving there people roaming around. When BNP wale were talking in the tent, there were always people shown moving outside.

When Dadi was doing her heroic act or when Rudra came running there was no one around not just in their tent but in the nearby ones. Is Mahakumbh on?

Too many holes and ends to tie.

But see the difference between day 1 and day 2. Yesterday we were complaining more. Less today. Writers and showmakers know this. But that doesn't take away the fact that Ganga was poorly written.

Dadi... what a lady!! Her scene with Rudra was awesome. Miss you Surekha ji.

Maya looks beautiful with that bindi and even in the bridal attire she looked great.

GRa did great. And Rudra's pain and anguish came through .

The questions you have raised can never be answered; if some terrorizing SOBs can storm into a busy railway terminus and fire at innocent civilians, brutally, wreck unimaginable havoc in a metropolitan, yeh toh kuch bhi nahin hai (This was the reasoning my dad offered to me and it sort of made me feel better about the idiocy being thrust on the viewers)

SOTD for me was Dadi dragging the cadavers of Ganga and Sahadev while painstakingly mouthing the Mrutyunjay mantra. A real, iron-willed veteran showing courage under fire. The weary yet resolute look she gives to Rudra in her half-squat stance, just when the camera angles in on her face, was heartrending, certain to blow your heart to smithereens, a real water shed moment after Udiya Baba's death, and Rudra-Shiva's first meeting. Alas, the realization of her unreasonable snapping of Shiva's ways of going about things came a tad too late --- in that moribund state. Surekha Sikri's exit from the show is its huge loss in terms of stellar performances as well as character etching. Dadi was my second most favorite character after Shivanand and I will miss her dearly😔 Hers was the singly superior performance in the entire episode.

Maya is serendipitously surviving while the rest of Rudra's family are wiped out. It makes wonder if Maya has something more to offer in his life as a Garud, than just being a proverbial damsel in distress.

Seema Biswas in the precap looks like Mai-Mui's look alike only! She also is an undertaker or what? She seems to know her Niyati as a Garud. That's interesting.

bade bade events dikhaate dikhaate choti choti details ko overlook karnaa aam baat hain is industry main. baaki rahi shivaa ki baat, pataa nahi kya hogaa??? shivaa toh jeevit hain naa? daadi, ganga maiyaa aur punnu ke maut kaa dukh hain mujhe. kya pataa, maimui hi bhairavi hain.

Yes, Surekha as Dadi has been fabulous! Even yesterday, her whole body language and expressions of the resolute woman who unflinchingly did her duty to the end, and even made death wait for her to say what she had to, were fabulous.

But there were several jarring points for me, hence I had to put it up as unasked and unanswered questions.

What happened at Mahakumbh was much bigger than the death of rudras mother and Dadi, it was the daylight massacre of many more people - all the panthis included- in broad daylight, in the public - yet, even now the script treats it like a private loss of the hero!

Dadi talked about shiva was right, it is mahakaal and not Mahakumbh, yet till now shiva has been so stoic about it, there was no urgency in the private meetings of shiva, rao and tiwari, or in the private musings of shiva, who spends time staring at his garuda tracker, with all the time in the eternity on his hands.

This to me has been the major failing of the script - they made Shivas anxiety look like an academic anxiety of, say global warming - jab hoga, tab hoga, jo hoga so hoga, abhi world conferences Aur summits main discssions chal rahe hain!

The sense of urgency and catastrophe, the fear of impending doom, the horrendousness of daylight murders has not been communicated -neither by the script, nor by the direction, nor by the lazy langrous way in which RAO shiva tiwari interactions were conducted.

Even now, all we have is a Shiva hiding behind a boat satisfied that his reading of the arrival of nagas is correct!

His biggest worry earlier was why the seventh garuda did not show on his precious GPS, and not how do I, knowing what I do, get all the Garudas to see that till they come together, the world is going to end.

Even now, the whole thing is about rudras pain and loss, a personal family tragedy! Where is the threat of a world being destroyed, and panic and fear that should've resulted from this?

While it was rudras story, it was not about Rudra, it was about saving the world by saving amrit.

I am sorry, but it's very disappointing to see that the script and direction have not risen above Kahani ek parivar ki, Aur Rudra ke pyaar ki...
