Mockery in the name of social message.

I am appalled at the way whole Mukti's issue is being treated and today's epi , the last few mins though as women i was deeply moved and hurt at all the s**t shaming , it still failed to raise empathy in me for the character going through this.

For the first time i feel the Ky2 writers are handling the track badly, the writing is not good and they are rather making a mockery out of such a serious issue.

Firstly, why are they selling track with the character Mukti, I am sorry to say but this in itself creates a major disconnect, did she not have a consensual sex with Rocky? Does she not sleep around with random men to numb her pain?
Without addressing the character's flaws and her lifestyle and her way of dealing with pain, they totally shifted this track to gain sympathy for her character, and took upon a social issue.
How did all these turn of events get related to wearing short clothes ?

There was a time when they addressed the Gay issue so well , the talks between cabir and manik in that scene had such maturity and sensitivity needed for the issue.

I am very disappointed with the writers at the way this whole issue is being handled also it annoys me to read Sunny L is coming to promote this, i have absolutely no objection towards her field of work or life style, but the latest trailer of her movie in itself does not qualify her to come and promote this cause. I really hope they do not land up promoting her movie in the show. That would be the last nail in the coffin.
Also i read an article about the s**t walk. do they even know what it means?

Ky2 writers, Plz handle the track with a little more sensitivity and maturity.

irrespective of what a woman chose to wear she is treated just object by many men and that is sick mentality... the fight and social awareness is about looking at a woman with respect...

copy pasted my reply to other post...first a woman should have is self respect..here the character mukti lacks it..problems in life makes u to b a strong person but drugs alcohol or sleeping arnd is nt the solution..ppl like those politicians etc is common in our society..we shld raise voice agsinst such matters but as a woman living alone in Mumbai I hve to say we first our our own protectors..we cant change the mentality of every person..freedom of speech has turned into freedom to insult..i m nt happy wid this track

I m totally agree wid you that Sunny Leon is nt the person to promote this social issue..I think already CVs put that in Nandini's mouth following tradition isnt uncool ..😃

Mukti sleeps ransom guys to heal her pain --> Her choice

Mukti dresses wht she want to --> Her choice

Why dont a girls' live the way she wants to be?Why society raise fingers ?

Still guys whistle when they see a girl in shorts...why?why the girl is blamed for shorts ? why dont the guys for their whistle?

Another thing ..this is a daily soap for entertainment ..if they show it Satyamev Jayate ..do u like it?

This is not about her clothes or how many guys she slept with making it ok for ppl to point fingers on her...this is about how she herself has never respected herself and now suddenly she's acting like a VICTIM out of the blue...this is the wrong use of a very important issue that is a REAL problem for many women out there, not in the twisted way they are using it on Mukti in this show.
