yeah, I know how to do it... Let me tell you how, but this will only work if you have windows:
1. If you do not have windows movie maker, go on google, type it in, and you can download it for free
2. Download the video
3. Open Windows Movie maker, and go to file, import into collections... then click on the downloaded video and it will come up... you just double-click on the thumbnail of it, and it will start playing on the right screen.... on the bottom of that "TV screen" you will see a bunch of options, like play, stop, that kind of stuff... on the very right, there is a camera icon, but the button next to it is all you need. so, right before the part you want, click that button (it looks like 2 squares with a line through the middle of em') and then it will cut it... then, at the end of your part, click it again, and then it will be separated!
4. Now, drag your part onto the timeline below, and go to file, save movie file, and follow the instructions on how to save it! And your done!!!
