Considering all the different endorsements he is getting outside of films.

They must be using him as his image still sells.

Why not use Sid, Arjun, Varun.

They ain't as popular or well known.

Also he ain't a complete outsider. He has connections in the film world.

Sure someone will give him films.

I have been saying for a while now.

Varun, Sushant and Aditya (you will see after Fitoor). I want to add Saqib as well but he still needs that one big movie (hopefully his next with Sriram is going to be it. But he is an amazing actor and already has done some great work)

What set these apart is that they all are very good actors. And second, they seem to know what they are doing. They want to do different, quality cinema and aren't bothered with BO numbers.

That a huge plus point IMO, especially with the audience evolving and getting tired of the same lame stuff being forced down their throats over and over again.
