So BBC rewards rapist with 40k for gloating about the atrocities he committed. And the interviewer has the guts to call the entire society sick lol. First learn some morals yourself. You're basically rewarding a person for committing such a heinous crime. What was the need to interview him for that documentary? For TRPs obviously.

Just a question.. a saans exploiting he son to burn the bahu alive coz her family didnt give them the full dowry amount.. is its still men vs women.. and how men think vs how women think.
women r womens' biggest enemies, men r united by their hormons.Sounds cruel... but we all have good men n women in each society. Let's make it safe.

How do we know he was paid? Or is it a conspiracy theory floated by media under Government pressure to justify the ban?
TRPs?
Well the discussion and ban on this even before it went on air gave it more publicity than anything else.
I tell you I learnt about this from Times Now debate than NDTV itself! I don't get NDTV channel on TV.
Frankly Times Now was foolish to debate about it and start hashtags a week in advance! And politicians and other channels too foolish to respond in such a hurry!
This response drew curiosity. And the ban was perfect publicity. It became about freedom, democracy, censorship etc and even those who wouldn't have bothered, wondered what the documentary had. It also gave excuse to media to write further on this issue.
The maker didn't promote it as much as the critics did.
