Sandhya's kidney donation, wrong?

I know that many people are frustrated that Sandhya is no longer an IPS officer and it is completely justified to be upset. But was she wrong in donating her kidney to Bhabho who she considers her mother?

My problem is not wid Sandy donating her kidney..!
I hv a problem wid CV's...the shows theme ws to make her an IPS...

Yeah... Agree with Maha.G... Main Theme of the show - A Husband supporting his wife to achieve her dream(IPS)... But unfortunately this KD drama is totally against her dream.. Tats y this frustration..

I do agree it is not at all bad thing to donate a kidney for ur loved ones.. cv's love drama.. so they butchered suraj character and now KD so tat story can be taken forward...Now we have all sort of possiblilities.. Sandy recovering... It wd be a little problem for sandy reg her duty as well as her family expansion plans... And again it all comes around with suraj support once again.. More Drama on the way...Or else we shld struck up with Sandy IPS duty alone which we have seen already... So i guess we shld go with the flow i guess..

Compared to BS and Re-HJ, this separation track was far good except for this KD..

Thanks for your replies, and I get that the frustrations is with the CVS but if it happened it happened so we cannot blame the character. With this track happening the character did the right thing.

I respect your opinion, but this are the reasons I'm against KD...

1. Sandy ruined her career, the career which involves so many sacrifices of her dear husband. It went to the drain. She didn't think about it. Now I feel bad for Zak too, better let him win BCT isnt it...

2. More than the KD, it's her hiding which is getting on my nerves.

3. Putting family above career is fine, but DABH is about a dream of a girl as Maha pointed out; the show is meaningless now if sandy cant be an IPS anymore. Here the question is not about priority but sensibility.

TM, Im so sorry to disagree, I feel it's unfair to compare Sandy donating kidney to bhabo and with suraj in the same context... this is something we fans were protesting all this while , too much highlight of saas greatness & bahu sacrifices until it undermines husband wife -soul mate relationship...suraj's contributions to sandy as a husband is incomparable, bhabo cant come close to that...

I don't say she shouldnt have be KD.but problem is it seems much more forced.
Bb is old enough.she married ,got children and grandchildren too. What else she need.but sandy is young and who didnt become Maa.ok ,if it was meant to be last strike.but why it used primary one.while dialysis is there,what's the need to KD first day itself.i don't know about medical much but i heard somewhere very few cases only gets negative result in dialysis.but here no discussion about dialysis. KD on first day itself when bb got sick.
Bb blood group mismatched with many.may be she hhaving AB- group.but what about sandy blood group.there is no mention about how her blood group matched with bbs.

My problem isnt sandy is KD but my problem is sandy is only possible KD.

I don' t have any problem sandy donating Kidney but hiding it with her husband is really annoying ..if she didn't want her husband to know then why she came back immediately ..suraj said he will wait for 9 months,9 years or 9 birth ..and now she is playing childish game ..now it's all done ..suraj can't take that kidney back so she can explain him nicely and ask him to keep secret so at least he can take care of her ..now he will feel disgusted about his desire ..it's not right.
more than that Cvs shouldn't bring this kd track .

Again thanks for all your replies, and I understand that the story is not about the saas-bahu rishta, but my argument is that if such a scenario has occurred, then it would be against Sandhya and Suraj's characters to choose career or dreams over their mother.
