Word ! PAIN...
Hugs for you Eve 🤗 for this beautiful post.
I have lost my heart to ( fictional character) Manik Malhotra. ❤️
All that numbed pain and how he feels it now ...the hurt...the way he bleeds inside😭 😭 🤗
Just cannot get over Manik today.

Don't know what to say about Maniks' ways of dealing with repeated pain and neglect. But then a child doesn't know better. And in my eyes, he did good. He could have been anything, with no one to guide him..but he managed not only his, but his friends life fine too...channeling all their pain, bitterness and converting them into passion for music. The way he build his band, and along with it the foundations of true friendship are so commendable!! The guy to me appears sorted. But there are scars..livid, gushing wounds...and they need attention asap!!

He has said it in the past...he is bad...he has no desire to be good...he does not want to be a hero..reasons as u state can be varied. The knowledge that good always suffers or his victimized, or its too much pressure to dealt with, or being good is too tall an order, or he does not want to disappoint anyone, least of all the ones near and dear to him...a zillion reasons buried deep in his subconsciousness. Lets just say being bad was easy and convenient for him!!
She is the yin to his yang. I am not a die hard romantic but would like to believe that God in his infinite wisdom and kindness finally looked upon his neglected child and decided to bless him in the form of Nadini!! His answered prayers...she is all he needs and he is all she wants!! She brings him goodness...he brings her reality...she brings him innocence and he brings her wisdom.
About the children of broken homes. This being fiction the solutions seem viable, but in reality such children are scarred for life. Yes, even a little bit of TLC, understanding, faith, go a very long way with such deprived kids, but then how many are ready to spare them such a luxury. Its so difficult to see the real hurt and in pain face, behind the masks of overbearing rudeness such kids tend to wear. All they needs is a chance, but who in the world ever gives them one. Love cvs for pointing out the harsh reality of broken homes, as the number of dysfunctional, separated and divorced couples increase alarmingly all over the world.
And no fanship...only fraaandship 😆!!

Well said Evi, the way Manik in his limited wisdom discovering Music has a healing effect, enabling his friends to see it and channelising it Inge right direction is commendable ..
Am a die hard romantic and eternal optimist when it is concerned with life..I believe that God for sure always with his wisdom and kindness always connect us to right partners who's always a yang and yang..how much effort we put to discover, understand and empathise with our partners is all together a separate discussion..my eternal optimistic side says, if both partners put the effort needed, the world can be much more loved place..

I do really empathise with the kids from broken and dysfunctional homes. You are right..in real world, these kids do out on different masks to hide their hurt..I seriously hope, there will be a Nandini at some point in life one day to every deprived kid to make them see world through their loving, caring and tender eyes...

Fraaandship hei sahi..you do write beautifully!!

Hey!
This post calls for a huge round of applause '
You have put the feelings of the character Manik so beautifully. I am an avid reader but somehow I can never express my feelings and to put it into words is something next to impossible for me. But, you have explained the inner meaning in depth and if someone cannot understand the pictorial visualisation then by reading this he/she can make out the whole episode perfectly.
As they say that the one who hurts you is the one who needs love the most and its same with Manik and the fellow Fab5 members. Bullying is a burning issue currently and they have shown the reasons behind the birth of bullies so well.
Anyway, this was a bit off topic but I mentioned as Manik talked about it in the episode :P

One more thing I would like to share is though i follow this show since the episode where Nandini went to Manik's house to thank him (I don't remember the episode number) but I have never posted or commented in the forum. I read different posts everyday but without even logging in but your lovely post made me login and comment. Well said and awesome words used.

P.S. Are you a writer? May I ask you a question on a topic other than the show?
