BTS: Fans worry about Jimin's mental health after Song Da Eun's incident; say, 'I need someone to pay for this

Jimin is the first BTS member whose love life has come out in the open in the media. After Song Da Eun released a couple of videos as dating evidence, Big Hit Music confirmed that they dated several years ago. It seems the relationship began and ended in 2022. Big Hit Music did not put up a notification on Weverse like they do generally but fans said this was not something that needed to be clarified to fans. BTS members have asked fans to respect their privacy, and Jimin is known to keep his personal life guarded. He does not share much about his family even on Instagram.

Fans are worried how he is coping up with this incident. He was trolled as a coward by many K-Pop fans for hiding his relationship. They said he did not acknowledge it leading to the harassment of Song Da Eun by rabid fans. It is rare for idols to confirm that they’re dating in the K-Pop world. We might see Korean drama stars acknowledging/confirming dating news but idols stay away from it. BTS fans are wondering why Big Hit Music did not take stern action against Song Da Eun for releasing such videos. In South Korea, release of such content without consent of other person is violation of privacy and liable for criminal prosecution. The statement sent out by Big Hit Music urged fans not to harass any of the parties involved.

Jimin did not wish Jungkook on his birthday. He was really active on social media from the US. This made fans happy as they saw him enjoying with his bandmates. SUGA aka Min Yoongi is also away from social media after the whole DUI incident. Fans feel Jimin must be having a hard time coping with this incident. We know that some fans truly treat idols as boyfriends/husbands which makes matters a lot tougher for them.
