Hello, I want to know the Minimum number of and Maximum Number of Chapters or Parts in a SS.

Also, Is there anything like Five Shots? I already tried requesting the information in FanFiction Forum, but maybe members are busy there.

^There's no specific maximum number of chapters. It all depends on the writer but typically, a story with a max of 12 chapters is a short story. 12 + chapters could be considered a Fan Fiction.

As for Five Shots, I've come across stories where members have continued One Shots in several posts so that may be possible but I've never heard of Five Shots in particular.
