In all fairness, the 1st salary a person always spends on getting gifts for their loved ones... Maybe tats on Zaras mind...not defending her...
As far as SaAz...I don't know...but Sahir will get her out of this too...how, and when only Allah knows...but I only wish that whatever hatred is ,is inside their bedroom...not outside...let them resolve their issues themselves, no third party interference

Yeah, Arzoo did lecture her unnecessarily at that time. 😆😆 But this time Zara could have made her point by giving the money when even her elder sister couldn't arrange for it, right? Or she could have for sorry for her mom at least?

And your last para- beautifully said. The issues are theirs, to be resolved within themselves. But the other will no doubt be pests- Zaki for one😉

Valid point on Zara...but again she's Aarzoos sister, impulsive n u know na 😆
Ya no Zaki...but I feel that he may be responsible for leaking the factory DVD...

But then Sahir is Sahir...throw a challenge at him n he'll show u who's the boss!!!

Somehow still feel that Aarzoo cannot hate Sahir...u still c the bracelet in her hands...that gives me some hope😳

Haha, so true.

And you might be right about Zaki. I am sure he won't let go off his Jahanara so easily🤢 He will hate Sahir to the core and will be constantly coming up with ways to belittle him, while trying to rise in Arzoo's eyes!

She does love him still, or she wouldn't have changed her ideologies. Her hatred is after all another facet of her first love gone awry. There's hope still😊

Very nice analysis and you raised valid points here.
I just hope post nikah, cvs will improve their work and avoid further contradictions and inconsistencies about the characters because it is such a let down. One of the character who was still relatable was Sahir but cvs have not spared him either. A few episodes back when all the pregnancy fiasco started, Sahir was shown disappointed in Aarzoo, he was very disturbed thinking that Aarzoo was a gold digger, wearing a nikab, deceiving both brothers.

But in the last few episodes he did a U turn on his judgements, gave her today a big lecture about the importance of money buying everything and been asking her to marry him for money which in short means become a gold digger.

I get it now that he is doing all this because he came to know about Naushin debt so he is using it to pressurize her to marry him. But then why was he so disappointed on her at that time and judged her morally. She could very well have money problems at that time as well hence to solve her money problems, taking the shortcut she would have wanted to marry one of Ch brothers. This is just double standards from Sahir, if it was wrong then, it should be wrong now aswell.

Now according to new spoilers Aarzoo will become a cold business woman only thinking about money, I dont get it, do cvs want Aarzoo to become another Zeenat?😕

Leaving aside all the psychological morass of Sahir and Arzoo's emotions and motivations, and who is more affected, I was really struck by the way Zara and Myrah spoke to Arzoo today, and the lesson that she learnt about the materialism and inherent cruelty of the world we live in.
It was a very cruel wake-up call. With Zara there was an inkling of her selfishness from the very beginning, but Myrah was a shocker. It was wrong on Myrah's part to turn around and blame Arzoo... for what, for not marrying Zaki after being told that he is Sam's baby's dad. (OK... I am not going into whether that is the truth and what it says about Arzoo for believing it so easily.) And I really really want to do something bad to Nausheen.

Sahir urged Arzoo to leave her kitabi duniya and enter into the real world where money and influence matters over anything else, changing your friends into foes and vice-versa. Perhaps he is a tad too pessimistic, but his assessment of people's motives, and his understanding of how they tick is not far from the truth. 😳
They both stood at extreme ends... she believed in rainbows and he in trolls. But now that Arzoo is also going to be a tough nut I think we can hope that both of them will walk towards each other and meet in the middle.

The only part where I disagreed with him was the example he gave- that even a baby cries and gurgles only so that it can get something from its mother. That he attributed something insidious to an innocent baby shows how disillusioned he is with the world, and perhaps how far he must have been deceived by Zeenat😭 Otherwise, say what you will, the guy is spot on in his understanding of the world. 👏

Poor Arzoo realized the hard way in today's episode that perhaps Sahir was spouting some very uncomfortable home truths, courtesy her own sisters. The words they spoke to her was probably the "unkindest cut" of all. You could see the reality sinking in at the precise moment when Myrah chided Arzoo for not marrying Zaki and making their lives easier. I was wondering, why didn't Myrah say the same to Zara who has the money, yet refuses to part with it?😡 The CV's have been on a rampage with some of the characters, and sadly even the lovable Myrah was not spared today. Suffice to say that both Sahir and Arzoo have the worst families in the history of mankind, and they must run away to the other end of the earth for them to have even an iota of peace in their lives🥱

Yeah why is no one reprimanding Zara
If they are trying to show why Arzoo was driven to agree to be a second wife, they should show changes gradually and not do an overnight thing. And this habit of making everyone else responsible for Arzoo's decision has to stop. For once... just once please... I'd like to see her take 100% responsibility for a decision... and not go on a spiel about how she was forced to do something cause of her non-Abu, her ammi, sisters, dadi and Sahir. Enough already. Admit you made a blooper. I'd respect her for that.

In any case, Arzoo's education is complete. The naive, idealistic Arzoo is a far cry from the hardened and pragmatic Arzoo the writers have in store for us, which is what the spoilers suggest. The spoilers also add that Sahir will be immensely troubled by her changed demeanour.
Sahir is going to be troubled cause he will no longer be able to rattle her as before 😆 and now she is going to be rude with haq😆

I don't know about you all, but I feel this is perhaps the perfect track to delineate that they are humsafars in the true sense of the term.😳 At this point, Sahir and Arzoo have become mirror images of each other- betrayed in love, disillusioned, and alienated even from their families. It'd be a treat in particular to see how Sahir handles this new Arzoo, because the man has always admired her for her optimism and idealistic notions, and the whiff of positivity that she brought in his life.

Perhaps a role reversal of sorts will be on- the ruthless Arzoo who will resemble Sahir, and a softened Sahir trying to come to terms with this Arzoo who is a shadow of her former self, while trying his darnedest to reach out to her😳 That he has closely observed her metamorphosis and feels partly responsible for it will make him determined to get through to her and heal her--- and in the process, heal himself, I suppose!

Exactly! Hopefully they will heal together. Maybe Arzoo had to go through something this extreme before she was willing to unbend and grow. ... I know... I know... one can hope. And maybe this new Arzoo will actually manage to make Sahir see that it is time that he let go off his disillusionment and embraced life again... and thus eventually help Arzoo also embrace life and love.

Because we have seen that whenever one of the soulmates is meandering and adrift, the other one always tries to heal and comfort them in their own way. Case in point- when Arzoo alone knows about the gashes on his back and puts the ointment on his skin, or the multiple occasions where she has gauged the endless pain his eyes😳

The new montage has this spot on- a determined and cold Arzoo staring into the distance, her back turned, as a troubled and perplexed Sahir intensely gazes at her. Glad to see the montage having the humsafars only, the previous montage diluted the essence of the show😉-

(Psst... Is this Arzoo's post marriage look- having her head covered?)

In any case, I am waiting to see what Arzoo will do to get her 'revenge' and how Sahir tackles her from now on. The man has oodles of patience as far as she is concerned, so I am sure that his persistence will pay off when it comes to his begum😆

All I can say is expressed by this emoticon -
The real question is- I am ready for this safar with our humsafars. Are you???😃

You bet!

P.S. I want Arzoo's 'revenge' to be directed mostly at Nausheen, Zara and Myrah. I want her to kick their a**** and boot them out of Niyamat House!😃 Especially a scene where Zara comes to seek Arzoo's help and Arzoo calmly turns her down⭐️
This would be a dream come true Amri. I really wish that Arzoo gets a chance to teach her silly, selfish and stupid family some serious life lessons. Only Ashrafi is exempt 😆

Lovely post 👏 I agree with you completely and I am so ready for this safar 👍🏼
I have to say that this episode held so much of reality in it. That is exactly how cruel this world can be and what limits people are willing to go to for money

It's sad to see how families can make you feel worse when you need them the most in life
