DDLJ is one of if not the greatest romantic film in Bollywood.

I liked Veer Zara too, but it's not as good as DDLJ.

I think a more apt comparison would be DDLJ vs KKHH. Veer-Zaara is too sad and mellow to be compared with DDLJ.

Ofcourse it is sad and depressing compared to DDLJ and KKHH but it surely has a story and a great one at that with beautiful presentation.I believe it to be classic when it comes to love stories and DDLJ has been the most highly rated one,so the comparison.

KKHH,IMO is an overall great movie(one of my fav) with emotions involving those of love and friendship whereas DDLJ and VZ are pure love stories.

Lol...DDLJ is the most OVERrated movie in the history of BW 😆

It couldnt ever even hold a candle to VZ which was a beautiful and effectful film!
