awww thaanx for informing Mrs RSA... 😉 😛 and as for the article and the subject under consideration....i feel Sunjay Dutt had already been punished enough...i mean @ years of TADA conviction is no joke..and besides that he has already suffered enough torture in his personal life...and now since he is so well aware of his faults and what is the right course, when you knw hes kind of trying to rebuild his world, this crops up for guy, i mean this would only lead to further embitterment and not recovery or repentance,

oh thanx shelly for dis link 😳

well i totally agree wid raj 😳 ..wat sanjay did was not sumthing which can be dealt lightly wid community service ...even in foreign countries..acts related to terrorism are dealt in a severe manner..

its easy for us to condone that d law was harsh on him..coz we haven't lost anyone to that blast..but ask those who did..

maybe sanjay dutt didn't understand d consequences of his action..but he did kept an AK-47 at his house..and like d judge said also involved others into the crime by asking them to dispose off the ammunitions..he took undue advantage of his celebrity status..and should be punished for that..and 4 years is not such a big punishment for more than 1700 lives lost in a matter of minutes..

only in an film crazy country like india..we can argue that he should be let off saying dat he's suffered enough...its not just his punishement but also a message being sent dat nobody is above law

i am very glad that for once justice prevailed and law was equal to one and all..really admire Judge Khode 😃 ..he was very courageous and fair 👏 👏
