She was overshadowed by Karishma in DTPH, by Aishwarya in Devdas, by Juhi in Gulab Gang.

She wasn't overshadowed by Aishwarya in Devdas. Both of them equally gained accolades for their roles.

Never got the hype around.Decent actress,amazing dancer and goodlooking.

But not enough for ppl to treat her as Goddess.I think acting wise Sridevi,Karisma,Kajol,juhi,Manisha,Tabu are better performers than her.

Chandramukhi was a secondary character,yet Madhuri made it look as good as a lead. She was at par with Paro.

she was nt overshadowed by ash, she got equally praised. neither by karishma in DTPH.
