If he's guilty of doing something before, he should be in jail

but if he's innocent, sanjay needs to speak out 😕 😭

He is guilty so he deserves the punishment. I hope all those bollywood actors who has connections with underworld are brought to light and punished. I feel sad that judiciary took this much time so all these years have been a tough ordeal for him. Otherwise I am fine with the punishment. At least this will create a fear among the actors to stay away from underworld.

i disagree completely.. the indian judiciary is all based on crruption and bribery!
you know many ppl think he is at fault... fine he did commit a dangerous act .. and if the government was clearly worried about such acts...then why did they wait 14 years.. along with risking the nation's safety.. to imprison him?
that being stupid on the judicial side... and traumatizing a man for 14 years... and then finally deciding to punish him for 6 years.. was pathetic....
like they shouldve made a decision when the issue was fresh... after suffering for so long.. sanjay was given punishment.. the government looks wrong on their part
therefore such punishment 14 years later doesnt soundd valid...
and something like community service makes sense... because locking him up in a cell... isn't going to benefit the community...
and if the government had put the nation at risk by letting a "so called AK 56-possessor" to roam around for 14 years... letting him do community service for 6 years wont kill them... rather than being locked up.. right??
sanjay should be freed... because he was already jailed, suffered for 14 years... and became a remakrably better person... imprisoning him now... is a stupid idea..six years... for a possession isnt fair.... 6 years should be for firing an AK 56 but not killing anyone.... and they dont even have proof if he fired it or not ...
look at salman khan who killed a poor man by drunk driving. thats equivalent to life sentece... and that dude is still romaing freely...just cuz they had no proof and the guy he ran over was a homeless.... and sanjay dutt.. who improved his life in these 14 years... quit his addiction and connections with the underworld... they only know that he possessed the weapon... he never utilized it... then 6 years sounds too harsh... i hope his appeal to the supreme courts is accepted!

and indian government and judiciary is ALL about corruption and briberyyyy! :@ who knows if the judgement is based on money or real prrooof? and plus sanjay's judge was changed.. since his old judge was due for probabtion... the newer the judge the mroe the affect on the verdict..
its an extremely shameful and pathetic government ! :@
he already spent enough time in jail and in 1993 they didnt have much proof.. yet they punished him... today when its proved he only possessed the weapon... 6 damn years?! come on...

if 6 years is punishment for the possession of a weapon.. india needs more cells... and jails for those millions involved in such cases of rape, greed, mafia...
and not to mention the many politicians and governmental personalities... who have committed crimes of such calibre.... are roaming around freely... and should be jailed as well..

He has to pay for what? this is rediculous! what a goverment. haha, world is laughing at you Indian goverment, wake up and punish the people who would committe crimes again. I am not Sanjay's fann or anything like that, but i still feel sorry for him. Sanjay is a movie star, and i am sure he would not do something like this again in his life, but well indian doesn't live in present or future, they are still in past. They want to punish his for a crive took place 10-15 years ago. Where were the indian government when he was free for last 15 hears after the crive. They let him run around until now? What a joke.....Simply REDICULOUS!!!!!!!!!

apparantly i heard on the news.. that sanjay has 6 years... but will only stay in jail for 3years because the law counts day and night as two different days... but the law does change this for some ppl.... i hope it happens so sanju will only have to stay for 3 years not 6...

can anybody confirm if this is going to the case for sanju???
