He is in jail now till 2nd aug , after that the judge will say what to do next. Meanwhile his lawyers are going to go on appeal to the supreme court as soon as possible and also apply for his bail there.

for what he is now in jail
i thought that it has been proven that he is innocent and that he didn't have anything to do with the blast that happend long time back or something

yea mee 2 dont know y he is in jail when he was proved to be innocent that he want to keep an arm for his own protection against ppl who has threatened him as he has given security for certain ppl who was involved in the blast ...i thought its like that but not so sure ...thnk
