Happy Ending is one of the high profile distasters in the last few years. Below is a list of major films that became commercial disasters since 2010 and the nett business they accumalated.

Happy Ending (2014) - 21 cr (expected)

Gori Tere Pyaar Mein (2013) - 14 cr

Zanjeer (2013) - 18 cr

Players (2012) - 30 cr

Joker (2012) - 20 cr

Tezz (2012) - 16 cr

Game (2011) - 7.50 cr

Khelein Hum Jee Jaan Se - 4.75 cr

Guzaarish (2010) - 30 cr

The above films are the biggest box office disasters in the last few years amongst the major releases. All the above films cost over 50 crore to produce and release apart from Game and Khelein Hum Jee Jaan Se which were in the 35-40 crore region but the business of these two was a total washout.

The list does not include the umpteen releases week in week out which become box office disasters as they hardly have a release.

oh boy...i saw it...it wasn not that BAD actually...but yes it wasn't great either. m surprised why saif didn't realize that a movie like cocktail can bring him back in the game. he is accepted in romantic avatars rather than comedic ones...Govinda is OVER BUT he is still funny...and what was kareena and preity doing lol... u can actually skip it.

but i so wish that KILL dil has featured in this Disaster list. mere dil ki tamanna thi...oh well !!! koi nahi its more or less a flop already 😆

Happy Ending First Week Business

Happy Ending has fared very poorly in week one as it grossed 19.50 crore nett in week one. The film which cost close to 60 crore to produce and release has grossed less in week one than small budget films like Yaariyan, Mardaani, Highway and Hate Story 2.

The film is running on limited shows at multiplexes in week two and will not even do 25 crore nett lifetime business. The business was low over but circuits like CP Berar and CI were ridiculously low with collections in the 80-85 lakhs nett range each over the week

The film joins the list of major disasters over the last few years liek Gori Tere Pyaar Mein, Tezz, Joker, Game etc..
