What bull!

If psych says patient feels herself guilty and is emotionally disturbed then judge calls for victim to be sent to asylum?

Is this the writer's knowledge of law and procedure?

Ye Goenkao ka personal judge hai. Not only asylum but should be given electric shocks😆

jaha tab mujhe pata hai counsellors ka impartial hona jaruri hai. Ek convict ki maa counsellor hai aur prosecution ne object bhi nahi kiya😆

No one can order asylum for someone who has guilt and trauma only. Do the hay filled head writers of EHT know what's criteria to send someone to asylum?

Rest of the episode was hotch potch. It seems Sakshi has a plan for blackmailer Akram this is why she was so confident while taking his call. She asked him to give tape in 48 hours.

Durga was a joke!😆 Hiding behind bar table so that Kangana and her are not seen together by Sakshi? Was it necessary?

It was futile anyway since Sakshi immediately caught their changed bonding and changed vibes. Caught them doing ishaara talks. Why did they even try to fool her in such silly ways?🥱

The court will advise for medical help but cannot force her to be sent to a mental hospital.

The court however can order for mental treatment in case of a convict who had asked for consideration following his mental illness or for someone who cannot take his own decision or has no legal guardian to take any decision on his behalf.
