Yes Durga should have used words like please leave me alone than just leave me alone. She did try to be cool about it but came across tad harsh. I also don't understand why Dev is not telling her what he found about Agnihotri and what was his experience with Rajnath. He can make first move of sharing info so she feels more willing to let him join her!

Durga enlisted Kangana in her mission but cannot take Dev! It makes no sense. Dev should be commended for being patient with her now though he too was rude to her in last few months often.

I didn't understand the asylum part. As I see it Payal was not mad even after their parents death. She looked normal only. But just because a counselor said she needs mental treatment she was taken to asylum.

I know courts do send criminals who are proven to be having mental illness to asylum. Movies like Anniyan shows that . But Payal was not a criminal and she was not mad. So how did they manage to send her to asylum just because she changed her statement that too based on a counselors report.

Don't they need solid medical proofs for such a decision or judge ko bhi goenka's ne bribe kar diya. I was totally confused and don't even have explanation for it.

Dont judge India, Indian culture and Indian judicial system by these kind of shows.

the final nail in the coffin is tht karan's mom seems to be at most a psychologist...oh come on, a psychologist CANNOT determine the mental state of a person without a qualified psychiatrist..its the biggest pile of bullshit the show can throw at the audience..psychological tests only and only aid diagnosis, its not the basis of any diagnosis without examination by a doctor..i will give u an example..we had a fellow sent for unsoundness of mind in a murder case around a year back..this fellow was clearly malingering..the chap's lawyer apparently told him to play insane at the last moment in court and he did (badly).. he was admitted and three different residents and 2 lecturers concluded tht he was totally sane..still the lawyer insisted in psychometry..this request was refused by the magistrate coz it was not needed and coz its only an auxiliary test..without the psychiatrist's opinion, it has no meaning..the guy was deemed responsible for his actions and sentenced accordingly..

I have also read case studies on mental health and criminal cases. Plus new mental health bill.

No way can judge recommend asylum only for a disturbed patient and that too on recco of only a psychologist!

No matter how much he was bribed. This just does not happen. It was bullcrap by the stupid writers.

Sorry but no money or power can get judge to do this openly.

Even corrupt acts are done in such a style that they look legal. This was not so.

And if money and power did it all then no minister would have been in jail.

Did anyone notice that in EHT land none of the criminal cases had a closure report or a chargesheet. Oh yes they subdue the case but every case hs to be closed officially.Here the antagonists makes a few phone calls and everything is done.

what happened to Dev's murder attempt case ?

What happened to Raima's murder attempt case ? Out on bail means cleared of all allegations? It was a fast track case BTW

What happened to farm house attack case ?
