Court can only advise mental health help. Not order to be sent to asylum. Also degree of Payal's condition never warrants asylum by any medical or legal authority.

only qualified psychiatrists can advise admission in a mental hospital..NOT judges..a judge can ask for a psychiatrist opinion from a govt medical establishment after a period of observation ranging from 15 days to 90 days which can be extended if asked by the examining psychiatrist..and in no way in hell can a prosecuting party be sent off to a mental hospital coz she felt traumatic or guilty..psych admissions need to fulfil sum criteria..unless a patient is violent/suicidal/not responding to OPD treatment/has physical illnesses, u cant randomly admit patients..varna every kid getting anxiety before an exam wud be a patient...am annoyed by the frivolous portrayal of my profession here...

also those people citing unsoundness of mind for trial are to be examined by psychiatrists from a govt medical establishment..sumtimes, family courts also direct the parties alleging mental unsoundness to be examined accordingly..

Even the judge is not giving Justice to Payal again! What is this reflecting about the legal system? Forget a disclaimer at the beginning, for someone who does not know law, they are going to get a very screwed up message.

Bakwas is the only way to describe this currant writing of E H T.

I knew in trying to close this show early they were bound to screw up but I did not realize they would be this amateurish about it.

The CV's have made a huge joke of a serious issue like Rape and Corrupt Rich people getting away with murder.

You cannot comment on Indian legal system taking this shitty show as a reference.

No judge behaves like this. No matter how corrupt.

Yes it sends a very wrong message to the layman and others like those who do not live in India and have no knowledge of law here.

No wonder we got India bashers in EHT forum!

The whole 'send Payal to asylum' was such sheer nonsense. It seemed the judge was more keen on wrapping the whole hearing and getting rid of his/her part from this joke of a show! 😆

I could see Sanjeeda disconnecting from the show already. such plastic expressions and blank looks. I wanted to slap the actress playing Kangana for over acting😛 Aaj kuch zyaada hi!

Why can't Indian TV shows get wrapped up without making a mockery of themselves? Tell me now. The Nation wants to know!

With each day passing by and the end nearing, the CVs are going down with their performance. This thing especially I think is the biggest illogical part. I don't just get of these are the same writers who wrote the initial episodes?😲
