When Karan fell on her feet, Divya had instinctively moved backward. He didn't even notice that😆😆. Anyways in EHT security is lax. Every house and every room is open that includes hospital. Remember the way Durga entered ICU when Dev was attacked and Shaurya coming to Devga bedroom.
