Anyways I think this is how the plot will go ..

Mayb this was an arranged marriage but this wife cheated on him or else why will Sahir talk about chand mein daag and fareb type of things yesterday .. so this girl who is his wife or fiance definitely cheated on him ..

But then this girl might hv been backstabbed by her own lover when she realised her mistake and wanted to return back to Sahir but on the way mayb accident ho gaya or she fainted as she mayb carrying some disease and since then she might b in hospital for her treatment ...

So Sahir may only carry hate for this girl but because he is the husband , so he is simply fulfilling his duties towards her by attending her treatment in hospital

So thats why he is slowly falling in love with Aarzoo because he was never in love with his own wife as she betrayed him ... But he is hating it because he is still married to this girl and its like commiting adultry which his wife too did , so he mayb thinking wahts the difference then between me and my wife if I too commit this adultry of falling for someone which is equal to cheating when my wife is in hospital ... But mayb he will realise later its not cheating because he never loved his wife and even that wife never loved him .. she returned back to him after being betrayed by her own lover ..

So aisa karke it will b proved only SaAz r true humsafars 😃

If the wife is shown positive and Sahir cheating on her by falling for Aarzoo , then SaAz can never b called true humsafars .. so CVs cant do this .. they got to make the wife negative here ... saying this from me 20 yrs of daily soap experience 🤣
