This FF has been inspired by the drama Khwaish on Sony - I loove watching the fights between Afreen and Kabir, and thought that this is what Jai and Bani would have been like, if Jai was slightloy younger and still his old arrogant self. I hope you like it.
Kahin Pyaar Na Ho Jaye
Love is like a rumour,
Everyone talks about it,
But no one truly knows.

Chapter 1
Bani quickly rushed out of the door to her house, she was running late and had to catch the bus in time, otherwise she would never make it on time to her interview. She desperately needed this job, since moving to Mumbai with her two sisters last month, after the death of their father. They had to sell their house because of the large debt that their father had incurred. Bani's choodiyan tinkled as she ran, her dupatta flapping gently in the air behind her. Bani was a simple girl, who valued the importance of relations in her life. To her, her sisters and their dreams were her life. Bani had long black hair that reached down to her waist, she was slender and stood at 5'3, she had a cute button nose, perfectly shaped cupid bow shaped lips, but her best feature was her eyes - they were the windows to her soul. They were as deep brown, with flecks of hazel in them, her eyes reflected her honesty, her sincerity and most of all, the love that she had for those around her. She desperately had been looking for a job since coming to Mumbai, but no one wanted to hire an inexperienced person. Today she had three interviews lined up the first one was with Desai Caterers as a Banquet Manager and her last interview was with Walia Group of Hotels.
Dejectedly, Bani came out from her second interview, knowing that she wasn't going to get the job - even though she had a degree in business management, no one wanted to take a chance on a 23 year old girl fresh out of college and with no work experience. On her way to her final interview, Bani walked passed a mandir, she quickly glanced at her watch and saw that she still had ten minutes before she had to show up for her interview. Quickly taking of her shoes, Bani gently placed her dupatta on her head and made her way up the mandir steps. She really needed this job and a bit of help from God could never hurt. She placed her hands together and prayed. When she had finished and taken prashaad, she made her way down. At the same time an old lady walking along side with her, tripped and fell down the stairs. Bani quickly ran down to check if the woman was all right, but she wasn't, her head was cut open and bleeding profusely, and no one was helping the lady. "Help, can someone please help, she needs to go to the hospital," Bani shouted to the passers by, but they just glanced ad walked off. Bani helped the lady to her feet, "Aunty, I'll take you to the hospital, but I can't stay, teek hai?" Bani asked. The lasy just nodded, and slowly the two of them made their way to the hospital, which was also around the corner. The lady asked Bani many questions, making it seem that she wasn't that badly hurt, but it was better to go and make sure.
One hour later Bani entered the doors of Walia Group of Hotels. She was late, her clothes were crumpled and she had blood on them. She went up to the receptionist and was given directions and made to wait outside. After thirty minutes of waiting, she was finally called in. Bani was nervous, but she sucked it up, but before she could say anything a voice broke the silence;
"Do you know what time it is Miss. Bani Dixit?" The voice boomed out, it was deep and authorative.
"I I it's 4.30p.m. Sir," Bani stammered out.
"Your interview was meant to take place at 3.30 am I right?" The voice asked again
"Yes Sir it was, but I had to help …" Bani was cut off, with abrupt spinning of the desk chair and was silenced by a pair of stormy gray eyes.
"I don't give a damn about your excuse, no one, no one keeps Jai Walia waiting," shouted Jai Walia.
