What happened to Katherine?

Hey everyone!!

I'm new to this forum. I've missed quite a few episodes in the past.Can someone tell me what happened to Katherine? I mean I think she was sent to the other side.But some characters came back from the other side.Why didn't she? Has her character ended for now?

I love Katherine and would like to see her.😳

Hey! Welcome aboard 🤗

Stefan killed Katherine who was possessing Elena using the traveller's knife.

She was supposed to pass on to the other side but she got sucked into Hell!

Yeah! It has ended forever I guess. I already miss her badass-ness! :(

She was my favourite female character!! So maybe she has gone for good.😭
