What punishment should the person get who leaked the book?

Is it fair to the author?

I don't know if this offence is punishable but it certainly is not right. I don't agree at all with this. I havent read a single harry potter book but i had i would be very disappointed.

Not only is this unfair to the author but also to all the fans. They have waited so long for this book to come out and to have someone go and leak out the details just days before its release is very low of that person.

If i was the author i would be extremely pissed. no one has the right to sabotage something like that.
