However, the promo silenced me. Ashish was amazing and I was confident that SanIsh would set the screen on fire with their crackling chemistry and brilliant performance. Rangrasiya started on the day when I was in Dubai for a holiday. My room did not have a wifi connection but my parent's room had one. They do not understand my craze for shows and hence, I had to fake a stomach infection to watch its starting 3 episodes. I fell in love with its royal and majestic cinematography and the cast and crew's performance.
Everything was perfect. The language, the huge haveli, the rajasthani look, Parvati and Rudra, Tejawat's villainous acting, the motherly figures of Mamisa and Thakurain, Bindi, the costumes, everything was a notch higher than expected. As the story progressed, I started loving PaRud more than yesterday. I was enjoying myself a lot and never mssed an episode. Even at the time of my final exams, I made a point of watching RangRasiya. Till date, I have missed watching RangRasiya on the television only four times. The first 3 when I was not in town and 1 when I had to attend a wedding. Be it faking being unwell so that I skipped some functions or pretending to be loaded with work, I have done everything within my power so that I can make my small contribution in increasing the trps. I even left one television set on from 9:30 to 10 even when no one was watching.
Rangrasiya became a part of my daily routine. Be it constantly checking the forum for any new updates or typing RangRasiya, Sillywinky Pooh and S3jxdreamz1 on the YouTube application on my phone, I was so involved in it.
A lot has been said about its story and PaRud and MyRud so I wouldn't waste your time by writing it again. I just wanted to share my experience with RangRasiya.
I am in Std XII and my parents have cut off my cable connection from today onwards. I had literally cried and begged them to wait till 19 September . I wouldn't be able to watch anything on television from now onwards and hence, RangRasiya has been very dear to me. This was my last television show till the time I clear my examinations in April. IF will be my only source of connection with my favourite celebrities, although they are much more to me. I don't know till what time I have my phone and after which, I won't be able to log on to IF. This place has been a blessing to me.
I will miss RangRasiya dearly. As my heart beats a bit more when the clock stikes 8 because I remember ... Similarly, 9:30 to 10 will make me go down the memory lane. Although, many of you may disagree with me that watching a show again gives you the same pleasure, its not the case with me. The constant spoilers and the offscreen segments will be missed a lot.
I would really like to thank you for reading this and wasting your time. But please comment and let me know what you thought about this. A silent member will really appreciate. Ignore typos and errors.
Thank you! 😠😊
