EXCITEMENT PREVAILED on hot Monday afternoon at the Upper Lake here as the crew of the upcoming Sony TV Reality Show – 'Extreme Makeover' shot for the sixth episode of the show that would be based on a four-year-old Bhopal girl.
The main attraction of the shooting crew was Mona Singh aka Jassi of the famous tele-serial Jassi Jaisi Koii Nahin, who is the anchor of the show. Singh told Hindustan Times that the 13-episode reality show is based on people whose faces suffered extreme damage owing to some accident. The Sony TV Show producers provided these persons total makeover through surgery. The episodes capture the pre and post scenario of these extreme makeovers.
Though the identity of the four-year-old Bhopal girl, on whom the sixth episode would be based is being kept a secret, Singh shared that the girl had suffered major damage on her face, mainly her nose in an accident. This girl was provided the 'extreme makeover'.
Since the scenic Upper Lake of Bhopal is one of the favourite spots of this little girl, the crew shot a considerable part of the episode on the Upper Lake. Mona Singh, whose own 'extreme makeover' in Jassi Jaisi Koii Nahin became a rage, shot for the episode for about three hours despite the sultry and hot weather. The cruise and boats on the Upper Lake were used for shooting.
