| Insiders have it that the differences between John Abraham and his secretary Bhaskar Shetty were sparked off by none other than Bipasha Basu. It may be recalled that Bhaskar was on the verge of leaving John because John wanted him to work on salary basis and not commission basis. The secretaries, apart from their salaries, usually are also paid commission on the film deals and other assignments that they get for the stars. Through commission, the stars end up paying a huge amount of money to their secretaries which is not agreeable to the actors who earn in millions. While Bhaskar wanted to continue work on commission basis, John suggested that his secretary work on a salary of Rs 1 lakh per month. "This kind of agreement was not viable for Bhaskar who offered to leave the star's work," said a source. The source added, "It was Bipasha who had suggested to John that he should keep Bhaskar on a pay roll because her secretary Jatin Rajguru works in that manner. This caused differences between John and Bhaskar after which Bhaskar offered to leave John." The source revealed that Bhaskar is known to be a shrewd business man and knows the knack of safeguarding the artiste's interests. "John knew that he would not get someone as efficient and professional as Bhaskar so he decided to retain his services," explained the source. The source also said that Bhaskar got deals that wanted Bipasha and John together. "But, as of now, John has decided to make public appearances and do ads sans Bipasha," said the source. He revealed that this issue had also caused differences between John and Bipasha.
