Yes it was a mistake but that movie could had been a master piece if it wasn't directed by sohail, it had a good message and salman acted well in that movie.

It was definitely a mistake on Sallu's part and Sohail's part to assume that a movie can run on Salman's star power alone...Yes Salman's star power brought it a 100 cr...but to really break a record...whether its Salman, SRK or Aamir...they either need a brand...an established actress...a good script...good songs ...something...or HIGH PRODUCTION values...just like KICK had...otherwise they can only dream of breaking records...
