Myrah meaning and name origin

Myrah \m(y)-rah\ as a girl's name has the meaning "princess;

myrrh" and is a variant of Almera (Arabic): feminine of Elmer. Also a variant of Elmira (Arabic): from amirah. Myrah is also used as a variant of Myra (Greek): a poetic and literary invention in the 17th century, and used as a given name since the 19th century.

Myrah has 7 variant forms: Maira, Meera, Mera, Mira, Mirah, Myree, Myriah.
