Loved the sati angle that u described,that's the perfect way to view the current story! I had been suspecting this ever since ashish said that RR turned out the exact way as it had been narrated to him! This twist is also a fantastic way to showing the repurcussion of paro breaking her vow,as u said. Well said! I hope CVs read this and justify this twist in the show!

Interesting post and being as though I am an indian I do know the whole Shiv-Shakti mythology. I can see why you are saying that Paro could be Sati and the new person could be Parvati but there is a difference while Sati and Parvati are one in the same person just born at different times Paro and the new character are two different individuals. I mean these two are probably not even related to each other its just that they happen to look exactly alike. What I can't get my head around is that they have taken a beautiful story and completely didn't do justice to it. There are so many loop holes left open that were never closed off. Well I will just wait and watch to see what happens but only because of Sanish.
