I have a feeling that Paro will give birth to the baby and then something will happen to her meanwhile Samrat and Maithili will adopt the baby as Rudra will be too distraught to look after it. I think it'll be a boy. This way they will be able to adopt and Mohini will jot have a problem over whose 'dirty blood' it is as it's a family member. When Paro will return/ memory back she will try to connect to the child but he will consider Maithili as his mother.
Paro was the one that supported Maithili when she wanted to adopt by talking about mother Yashoda and these words keep ringing in my mind as Maithili will be the mother Yashoda of Paro's child.
It's just my view as I don't think they'll make Paro pregnant for no reason and make her miscarry if she's going to die (which I hope she doesn't)
