Samrat and Maithili will adopt the baby

I have a feeling that Paro will give birth to the baby and then something will happen to her meanwhile Samrat and Maithili will adopt the baby as Rudra will be too distraught to look after it. I think it'll be a boy. This way they will be able to adopt and Mohini will jot have a problem over whose 'dirty blood' it is as it's a family member. When Paro will return/ memory back she will try to connect to the child but he will consider Maithili as his mother.

I agree , it sounds plausible and goes with the situation,, As u said, after giving birth to her kid, she might get kidnapped or whatever ( i am assuming Paro wont die),, and then Maithili would take care of the baby in the absence of the mother,,

Maithalli will take care of it when its a baby but later Rudra will take of it and i think it will be a girl and he will call her Rukmini. After all it would be Paros last wish and their symbol of love.Rudra will love his princess like crazy.

Rudra will still be there, why will he give them the baby ?

this I agree too.

After Rudra faced neglect from his parents - and Paro was orphaned as a baby too.. And it would be real stupid to show him giving away his and his Paro's baby to someone else!

Of course Maitili can take care of the baby like a mother.. BUT NOT be the mother and father. Rudra will be the baby's father and the baby should know Paro is her/his mother.
