In Friday's episode when he aimed the gun at Om, Mannat and Vedant, she distinctively said mera pati MJ kaha hai?
Then Vedant said that Om is her husband, he is hee brother and Mannat is her sister-in-law so yeah she has mentiobed it to Vedant.
