when aaliya asks that unani doc "kya aap mere saat chal sakte hai plz?" he told "lunch ke liye ya dinner ke liye" that was so funny... i was laughing like anything... the expressions on rehan and aaliya's face...😆 I wish even zain was there at that moment... wanted to see his expressions...😆 hilarious doc he is...

I mean the way she shouted "bhopal bhopal bhopal allah bopial ka pecha kab chodega" i was scared a bit by her voice...usmaan is a patient lying there... cant she speak slowly in a low voice...
