In your post reply mode.. (you can find this at top of every topic,along with new topic n new poll) you will find various tags above the message area on the posting forum . INSERT IMAGE is one tag to include images in your post.The image u want to post must be already available on the internet.Then directly copy its URL,the link u find in the address bar of your image n press OK.
