Sanjay Dutt, who usually pays a visit to the temple a day before an important hearing, is not likely to do it this time. There are chances that his sentencing will take place on 14 June.
A source close to the Dutt family confirmed, "Sanjay wants to avoid any kind of media presence. He doesn't want to be in news before his sentence is announced. So he will not even visit any temple." Sanju has been frequently visiting religious places of late.
The entire Dutt camp is keeping their fingers crossed. Bunty Walia, who was busy in a meeting, was very cautious about the issue. "Personally, I will not visit any temple today (13 June) but I am hopeful that all will go well. Sanju, God is with us."
While Dutt is still waiting for his sentence, a special TADA court has announced the verdicts of those who delivered weapons to him. Ibrahim alias Baba Moosa Chauhan, who had supplied the AK-56 rifle and hand grenades to the Bollywood actor, was awarded 10 years rigorous imprisonment and a fine of Rs 3 lakhs. Sameer Hingora, the owner of Magnum Videos, who provided Dutt with fire arms, was given 9 years rigorous imprisonment and a fine of Rs 2 lakh.
